How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila orders are shipped within 2-3 days from Monday-Saturday. This applies to all orders (Digital, Mid-Clear, Photochromic, Bifocal) except for Progressive lenses.

Provincial orders are shipped within 5-7 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery within Metro Manila costs P100, while shipping outside Metro Manila costs P200. Free shipping for orders P3,000 and above.

Can I track my order?

Of course. After ordering, we’ll send you an email once your package ships. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

All completed orders and payment transactions are final.

Exchange Policy

OJO Eyewear provides a 7-day return policy, which allows customers to exchange their items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

  1. Dissatisfaction with the weight of the frame, fit, style, color, etc. provided the item does not show signs of use.
  2. Discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades after a 4-5 days adjustment period, so long as the prescription given was provided by our resident eye doctor/s.

We regret to inform you that OJO Eyewear will not provide any replacement(s) under the following conditions:

  • product has been damaged due to the customer’s negligence
  • incomplete product accessories and packaging
  • no receipt / proof of purchase
  • incorrect address given by the customer

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duties, and taxes charged on the returned package.
